Stuffed peppers

6 red peppers, seeded
3 cups cooked rice
1 pound ground beef or pork
1 pound sausage meat
1/2 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth (https://amzn.to/4hu32YB)
1 tsp steak spice (buy here https://amzn.to/4gWuzSx or make your own, recipe on this site)
1 tsp pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook the beef and sausage meat in a large frying pan (https://amzn.to/4jrwNuM) with the diced onion and minced garlic. Once cooked, add the can of tomatoes and spices. Stir in the cooked rice and blend in the grated cheese.
Cut the tops off of the red peppers and remove the seeds. Place them in a 9x13 pan (https://amzn.to/4aAL30o) and pour the beef broth in the bottom. Fill each pepper with the prepared filling and place the top back on. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until the peppers are cooked. Enjoy!!
