Sticky Chicken

1 tbsp brown sugar (https://amzn.to/3WjQJpX)

1/4 cup soy sauce (https://amzn.to/4cXaJ7i)

1 tsp garlic paste (https://amzn.to/3zFdnQF)

1 tbsp hot sauce (https://amzn.to/3XYkDRX)

salt and pepper

3 chicken breasts

1 tbsp margarine


In a small bowl (https://amzn.to/3Y1a6oS) mix together the first 5 ingredients.

Cut the chicken into strips and salt and pepper them.

In a large frying pan (https://amzn.to/3xMxdJp) over medium heat melt the margarine and add the chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add the sauce to the frying pan and coat the chicken. Simmer until sauce thickens. You can add a small amount of cornstarch mixed in water to thicken if needed.


This goes well over rice, noodles, or knoepfle. (I always choose knoepfle!!! Simple recipe is on this site!)
