Soft Pretzels

1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp quick yeast (https://amzn.to/4ju5VKu)
4 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted margarine
Mix together the warm water, sugar, and salt. Sprinkle the yeast on top and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until it begins to foam. Add the flour and melted margarine and mix well. Once mixed, set aside, cover, and let rise for 30-40 minutes. Once risen, divide into 8-10 pieces and roll each piece into a rope. Fold the rope into a pretzel shape and place on a greased cookie sheet (https://amzn.to/3CmGVnY). Bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on thickness) until baked though and slightly browned. Sprinkle some course salt over top and enjoy!!
