Slow cooker chicken

8-10 boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup peanut butter (https://amzn.to/3WFrgH9)
1 can coconut milk (https://amzn.to/4azVSQ2)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce (https://amzn.to/3PVuJ0u)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
Mix together the peanut butter, lime juice, coconut milk, sot sauce, sugar, chili sauce and ginger. Pour this mixture into the slow cooker (https://amzn.to/3EaHou6). Add the chicken and make sure it is covered in the sauce. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Enjoy!!
