Sausage Dip

*1 pound sausage meat
2 cups sour cream
1 cup velveeta, cubed
1 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup swiss cheese
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (https://amzn.to/3AooDSj)
1 tsp garlic powder (https://amzn.to/3CiatT9)
3/4 tsp ground dried sage (https://amzn.to/48qt8bH)
salt a pepper to taste
Cook the sausage meat and break apart into small pieces. Drain on a paper towel until ready to use.
Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl (https://amzn.to/4frskW5) and mix well.
Pour into an greased 8 x 8 pan (https://amzn.to/4hoWYBl) or casserole dish (https://amzn.to/3AlrNWS) and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the top is browned and the sides are bubbling.

*Where I live, the best sausage meat is at the Mad Butcher. They sell the sausage meat in one pound packages, but it is also available in most grocery stores. They also had Swiss cheese at a lower price than my local grocer!!
