Rueben Bake

16 slices of corned beef

1 jar of sauerkraut (https://amzn.to/4fEF1NP)

2 cups grated swiss cheese

1 loaf rye bread

Thousand island dressing (https://amzn.to/4fPebSW)

Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze all of the juices out.

Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (https://amzn.to/4154oUq) with slices of rye bread. Place the sliced corned beef over top, followed by the sauerkraut and then the grated swiss cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until the top layer of cheese is completely melted and slightly browned. Enjoy!!
