Raspberry Poppy Seed Muffins

2 1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (https://amzn.to/4broqvw)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp allspice (https://amzn.to/4bpGwOF)

2 tbsp poppy seeds (https://amzn.to/4ksV0kN)

3 eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

1 heaping cup sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup frozen raspberries


Mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, allspice, and poppy seeds in a large bowl (https://amzn.to/3DmWAEf) .

Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Stir in milk, sugar, and oil. Add t the egg mixture to the flour mixture mixing just until blended. Fold in the frozen raspberries.

Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin (https://amzn.to/4hdTCQe) and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
