Raspberry Blondies

250 grams white chocolate (https://amzn.to/3W55Zpq)

1 tbsp vanilla (https://amzn.to/4cF6U6P)

1/2 cup margarine, softened

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup flour

2 eggs

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup chocolate chips (https://amzn.to/4bGPCF9)

3/4 cup raspberries


Melt the white chocolate and margarine over low heat stirring constantly. Set aside.


In a large bowl (https://amzn.to/45Zsgtn), beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add the sugar and vanilla while still mixing. Pour in the white chocolate mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt and fold into the white chocolate mixture. Add the chocolate chips.


Mash the raspberries with a fork and add 1 tbsp sugar.


Pour the blondie batter into a greased 8 x 8 pan (https://amzn.to/3LoNG9Q) and spread evenly. Spread the raspberries on top and swirl into the batter with a knife.


Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes depending on how soft you would like the blondies. Cool, cut, and enjoy.
