Quick Caramel Sauce

1 cup margarine

2 cups brown sugar (https://amzn.to/4efvmfP)

2/3 cup heavy cream


In a saucepan (https://amzn.to/47FMx7U), melt the margarine. Add the brown sugar and cream. Whisk continuously over medium heat and bring to a boil for 3 minutes while stirring. After the 3 minutes, remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a glass jar (https://amzn.to/4dkc3AP) and store in the fridge.


This goes well over apple crumble, gingerbread loaf, or just about any dessert!! Super quick recipe and great to have on hand just in case you need something sweet!!!
