2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder (https://amzn.to/4i5clzg)
1/2 tsp baking soda (https://amzn.to/4i6HKkM)
1/2 tsp salt (https://amzn.to/3Z7tm31)
1 tsp cinnamon (https://amzn.to/4g1ZlbK)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (https://amzn.to/3CG8B6Y)
1/4 tsp ground ginger (https://amzn.to/3Oss3qA)
1/2 cup margarine (cold)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree (https://amzn.to/3B2vWzp)
1/2 cup brown sugar (https://amzn.to/3VaTs4d)
1 egg
1/4 cup heavy cream
In a large bowl (https://amzn.to/40ZlVxw) , mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Add the cold margarine and blend with a pastry cutter (or your hands) until margarine is about the size of small peas.
In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, and heavy cream until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. The dough will be sticky.
Transfer to a floured surface, sprinkle some flour on top, and form an 8 inch disc. Cut into 8 triangles like a pizza. Place on a greased cookie sheet (https://amzn.to/3APsw2Z) and bake at 350 for 12-15 minute. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!!
