8 chicken thighs
1/3 cup margarine
1 tsp garlic seasoning (https://amzn.to/3AY5Tc4)
1 tsp Montreal steak spice (https://amzn.to/4eb4PAe)
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups chicken broth (https://amzn.to/3TgP7LH)
Melt margarine in a 12 inch frying pan (https://amzn.to/3TeUWcp). Place the chicken in the pan. Add the seasonings and the onion. Let the chicken cook slightly turning a few times. Once slightly browned add the celery and chicken broth. Let the chicken simmer on medium low for about 30 minutes or until cooked through turning the pieces over in the broth frequently. Serve over rice is desired.
If the sauce is too thin, it can be thickened with a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a 1/4 cup of water and poured into the lightly boiling broth.
