Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon (https://amzn.to/3Z4g6On)

1 cup packed brown sugar (https://amzn.to/3TdXQy2)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla (https://amzn.to/3Td99H8)

2 cup quick oats (https://amzn.to/3XbBQoJ)

1/2 cup butterscotch chips (https://amzn.to/4g58rFr)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (https://amzn.to/3X2A89i)


In a medium bowl (https://amzn.to/47clnp5), mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.


In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, oil, and brown and white sugars. Add the eggs one at a time mixing between additions. Add the vanilla and blend.


Pour the dry ingredients into the margarine bowl and mix just until blended. Add the oatmeal and chips.


Place by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet (https://amzn.to/3Xtln0L) and bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes depending on how crunchy you want the cookies to be.
