No Bake Cornflake Cookies

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

2 tbsp margarine

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla (https://amzn.to/4c0Hf8g)

3 cups corn flakes

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

In large saucepan combine the sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally.

Add the margarine and peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

With the cornflakes in a large mixing bowl (https://amzn.to/3x2h7uL), pour the peanut butter mixture over top and mix gently. Place on cookie sheet (https://amzn.to/3x7C6wg) by spoonfuls or in a sheet over the whole tray. Let cool and enjoy!

If you opted for the entire sheet full of the mixture, just pull it apart into pieces.
