No Bake Banana Cream Pie

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (https://amzn.to/3zdE4fk)

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup melted margarine

3 bananas thinly sliced

1 package instant pudding mix**

2 cups milk

Whipping cream for topping


Mix together the melted margarine, sugar and graham crumbs. Press into the bottom of a slightly greased pie plate (https://amzn.to/3XtqPAN). Place in the fridge while preparing the rest of the ingredients so it can harden slightly.


Slice the bananas into thin slices. Make the pudding as directed on the package.


Take the crust out of the fridge and place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the crust. Pour the prepared pudding over top and place another layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.


Place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes for the pudding to solidify.


Slice the pie, top with whipped cream and serve.


**I use chocolate pudding because I love chocolate, but any pudding flavour would work with this pie. It still tastes like bananas!!
