First layer:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
5 tbsp cocoa (https://amzn.to/3VEyPhp)
2 cups graham crumbs (https://amzn.to/3yWuEo5)
1 cup shredded coconut (https://amzn.to/3xc8uxK)
Second layer:
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder (https://amzn.to/3KE19dh)
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups icing sugar (https://amzn.to/4cg4c7s)
2 tbsp milk
Third layer:
2 tbsp margarine
1 cup chocolate chips (https://amzn.to/3RpeKZR)
First layer: Melt first three ingredients in medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add graham crumbs and coconut. Add water slowly until sticky. Press into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 baking pan (https://amzn.to/3XCWJeH). Place in fridge to cool.
Second layer: Mix together vanilla custard powder, icing sugar, and margarine. Add milk slowly until thin enough to spread. Spread over bottom layer and return to fridge to cool.
Third layer: Melt margarine and chocolate chips in a small saucepan. Pour over second layer and return to fridge until completely cooled. Slice, serve, and enjoy!!!
