Hawaiian Chicken

8 - 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 can crushed pineapple

1 1/2 tsp red wine or apple cider vinegar

2 tsp sesame oil

1/3 cup soy sauce (https://amzn.to/4iXtvPC)

1/3 cup ketchup

2 tsp grated ginger

1 1/2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp cornstarch (https://amzn.to/40cG6am)


Mix together the pineapple, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, and garlic. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of a casserole dish (https://amzn.to/40cG6am). Pour the sauce over top of the chicken. Cook at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours. remove the casserole from the oven. Mix the cornstarch into 1/4 cup of water. Add the cornstarch to the chicken and mix. Place the chicken back in the oven for a few more minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!!
