Easy Fudge

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 2/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup diced marshmallows

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (https://amzn.to/4bv8pnw)

1 tsp vanilla (https://amzn.to/3yANm4I)

Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan. Heat to boiling then cook for five minutes stirring constantly. Begin timing once mixture starts bubbling around the edges of the pot.

Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour into greased 8 inch pan quickly as it hardens fast. Add a topping if desired. Cool before slicing.

You can add chopped nuts or a tablespoon of peanut butter with the marshmallows and chocolate chips as well.
