Double Chocolate Muffins

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup sour cream

2 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa (https://amzn.to/3DkoL6d)

1 1/2 tsp baking powder (https://amzn.to/49yhw6U)

1 tsp baking soda (https://amzn.to/4g8CdZG)

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (https://amzn.to/49tJNM1)


Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl (https://amzn.to/3VAO0I1).

In a separate bowl, whisk the vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until well combined. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula (https://amzn.to/4gybcPf) .

Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin (https://amzn.to/3OSmdPi) and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and enjoy!!

These freeze well if there are any left. Make two batches to be sure you can have some in your freezer to pop into your lunch bag for the week!!!
