Crock Pot Salisbury Steak

2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs (https://amzn.to/4gxQMXq), buy here or make your own using bread crusts.
3 tbsp milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder (https://amzn.to/3BbbUCw)
1 tsp steak spice (https://amzn.to/3zo27bM), buy here or make your own using my recipe on this site!!
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, sliced in rings
1 1/2 cups beef broth (https://amzn.to/3XO8QVA)
1 package brown gravy mix
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot mustard (https://amzn.to/3Zxf6CG)
Mix together the first 7 ingredients and shape the beef mixture into small patties. You may need more milk or breadcrumbs to get the right texture for patties.
Place the sliced mushrooms in the bottom of the slow cooker (https://amzn.to/4guNbcw . Cover with the sliced onions. Lay the beef patties on top of the onions.
In a small bowl (https://amzn.to/3B4QmY4), mix together the beef broth, gravy mix, ketchup, and mustard. Pour over the beef patties and cook on high for 5 - 6 hours.
