1 pound ground pork*
1 carrots finely sliced or diced
1 bell pepper, diced into small pieces
3 green onions
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce (https://amzn.to/3Z1JhzZ)
2 tbsp brown sugar (https://amzn.to/4hV7v7z)
3 cups chicken stock (https://amzn.to/40Ye3MC)
2 packs ramen noodles (https://amzn.to/48WuMSD_
Cook the ground pork until no longer pink.
In a large bowl (https://amzn.to/4eVhrLP) combine the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chicken stock.
Place the cooked ground pork and all of the cut up vegetables into the slow cooker (https://amzn.to/4eVhrLP) . Pour the sauce in and stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours until the vegetables are tender. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 30 - 40 minutes more. Enjoy!!
*You can use ground beef or ground chicken in place of the pork if you prefer. Ground pork was just the least expensive meat this week and with the sauce, you can't tell the difference!!
