Chocolate sauce

1/2 cup cocoa (https://amzn.to/4cXqJpv)

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

1 tsp vanilla (https://amzn.to/4cWGT2g)


In a saucepan (https://amzn.to/4ehisOm) whisk together the cocoa and sugar until lumps are gone. Add the salt and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for about 30 seconds. remove from heat. Let cool then add vanilla. The sauce will thicken slightly as it cools.


Enjoy over ice cream, brownie loaf (recipe on this site), or eat it with a spoon. Will keep for two weeks in the fridge, but it probably won't last that long!!!
