1/2 lb. swiss cheese
4 tbsp margarine
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tbsp flour

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (https://amzn.to/3TS4nii)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (https://amzn.to/3TS4nii)
1/2 tsp pepper (https://amzn.to/3ZLoXog)
Cut the chicken into pieces and cook in a large frying pan (https://amzn.to/3TNnwSA) . (you can also used leftover cooked chicken or buy a whole rotisserie chicken to use).
Place the chicken in the bottom of a large casserole dish (https://amzn.to/4drQNJx) . Top with the ham and then the cheese.
Heat the margarine and garlic in a medium saucepan (https://amzn.to/4ethMWC) until margarine melts. Stir in spices. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk slowly whisking throughout. Cook until sauce thickens and boils completely.
Pour the sauce over the chicken layer in the casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes.
This can be topped with a mixture of breadcrumbs, spices, melted margarine and parmesan cheese before baking if desired.
