Cheese Steak Soup

1 tbsp margarine
1/2 onion, diced
1 red or green pepper, diced
small package of mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
2 1/2 cups beef broth (https://amzn.to/3Nn1J0r)
1 1/2 cups Creamo
1 tbsp Worcestershire (https://amzn.to/3zWrrFU)
1/2 tsp salt (https://amzn.to/4gVBID7)
1/2 tsp pepper (https://amzn.to/4gVaDA1)
8 - 10 slices of deli roast beef, chopped
5 thick slices provolone cheese (or swiss cheese), chopped into pieces
1 tbsp cornstarch (https://amzn.to/3A3wuo0)
Melt the margarine in large saucepan (https://amzn.to/480t9Tn). Cook the onion, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the flour and cook for 1 more minute. Slowly stir in the beef broth and Creamo. Add the Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil for about 10 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water and mix. Add the the soup and continue to boil until thickened. Add the chopped up roast beef and cheese. Stir and simmer until heated though.
