3 chicken breasts cubed

1 tsp salt

1 tsp coriander (https://amzn.to/3MFjwQl)

1 can coconut milk (https://amzn.to/3Mmap6W)

1 can condensed tomato soup


This is a very simple butter chicken recipe and it tastes like it's from a restaurant!!


Heat a 12 inch frying pan (https://amzn.to/4cHutLN) with a small amount of oil if needed. Add the chicken and the spices and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the can of condensed tomato soup and the coconut milk. Heat through and let simmer to blend the flavours.


You can add frozen peas or other vegetables with the milk and soup and simmer until the vegetables are cooked and the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
