2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp allspice (https://amzn.to/3RUYvUJ)

1/2 tsp nutmeg (https://amzn.to/4cr3VyK)

1/2 tsp cloves (https://amzn.to/3RTIG0r)

1 tsp cinnamon (https://amzn.to/4eM80iJ)

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup margarine

1/4 cup honey (https://amzn.to/3zqvWIi)

1 cup applesauce

in a large mixing bowl (https://amzn.to/3W6jbLW), blend together the honey and margarine.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and spices. Stir into the honey mixture alternating with the applesauce. Scoop batter into a muffin tin (https://amzn.to/467e7dL) and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.

I have applesauce in my freezer from my asian apple trees. The sauce is a little thinner because the asian apples are juicier, but it works fine. You can use any applesauce.

You can add raisins (https://amzn.to/3RSHOZP), walnuts (https://amzn.to/3XQh54a), pecans (https://amzn.to/4cLrW3v), or whatever you would like to the batter. Once it is all mixed together, gently fold in any add-ons.

You have to try the Yupik products linked on my site (chocolate chips, cinnamon, cocoa, nuts, etc.). They are the best!! Also, if you order from my link, I get a few cents to add to my grandson's college fund!
